Obsidian-Jennifer L. Armentrout

Point Of View: Katy is telling the story as if it is happening at that moment.
Katy is a fairly normal 17 year old girl, her dad had recently passed away from cancer and her mom had uplifted her life and moved her to a new town, in West Virginia. She had pretty much decided that all the town was going to have was dodgy internet access and a whole lot of boring. Until she meets her neighbor who with his looming height and eerie green eyes things were looking up until she goes to talk to him. Daemon is arrogant and they do not get along. But after some shady stuff happens including Daemon saving her from a oncoming truck by freezing time she finds out that there are such thing as aliens, and when Daemon saved her life he lit her up like a Christmas tree. So now  it's easier for the bad guy aliens to get ahold of her. The only way for her to make it out alive is by sticking close to Daemon.
I seriously loved this book so much I think it was because the book is perfectly written and I could not find one problem with it. I think the reason this book is so good is because it's a normal girl whose life is thrown of course and sometimes we all want stuff like this to happen to us. This book is teen romance sci-fi. I seriously recommend this book to everyone!
